Description 

This webinar will provide a brief overview of the history of juvenile delinquency in the US, explore the differences between adult and juvenile competency outcomes, and describe the evaluation process when juveniles are assessed for competency.

  • Appreciate state laws along with US Supreme Court Landmark Cases that guide juvenile competency.
