Description
This workshop will address the dynamic interplay between racism, trauma, and the pernicious effects on children and families. Relevant concepts and frameworks for understanding mental health consequences and implementing strategies for dismantling racism/mitigating disparities will be discussed. Recommendations for mental health service system intervention and transformation will also be explored.
