Description 

Racial health disparities and inequities persist in the US healthcare system. This webinar will guide clinicians through a brief history of white normativity in psychiatry towards helping learners engage a more equitable perspective and language of racial health equity.

• Critically interrogate white normative bias within psychiatric clinical care; 
• Verbalize two ways clinicians may adapt conversational and written language towards undoing white normativity
