Drs. Bhatt and Hopper will discuss underlying principles and techniques associated with Lifestyle Psychiatry — paying particular attention to how these can catalyze acceptance and normalize healthy actions that reduce chronicity (and the impact of chronicity) over time. From diagnosis to longer term management, Bipolar Disorder is advantaged by Lifestyle philosophies and methods.
