Description
This interactive session addresses the unique challenges faced by psychiatry trainees who are also parents, especially those from historically marginalized communities. Through narrative-sharing, small group breakout discussions, and collaborative design of solutions, the course examines intersectional issues such as childcare access, institutional support, and evolving parental leave policies.
